A student has been expelled from Klein Cain High School in Cypress, Texas after a loaded gun was found in his possession on Tuesday. The incident was reported before 1 p.m. when school administrators and Klein ISD police received an anonymous tip about the gun.
School officials acted quickly to locate the 17-year-old senior and detain him. The student is potentially facing felony charges for having the gun on school grounds. The district did not specify the type of gun that was recovered.
